All media and/or files must be Macintosh accessible!

*Please contact your Banner Works representative prior to sending artwork via the internet.

Programs

Banner Works accepts the following programs:

• FreeHand 10 (preferred)

• Illustrator10

• Quark 4

DO NOT EMBED SCANS! Please include all scans with your original FreeHand or Illustrator document. (NOTE: All scans should be scanned in at 600 dpi or better.)

Please include fonts with document or convert the fonts to Paths (FreeHand) or Outlines (Illustrator).

CONTACT BANNER WORKS IF FILES WERE CREATED IN THE FOLLOWING PRGRAMS (ART CHARGES MAY APPLY):

• Coreldraw

• Photoshop

Design Specifications

• Banner design/s should be proportional to final size and include representations of hemlines:
Stock sizes and their printable area are as follows:

• Include and Fonts used in your design (or convert the type to paths/outlines if you are using FreeHand or Illustrator).

• Maker sure and "linked" EPS or TIFF files are also included when you send your design.

• Hard copy artwork must be sent printed at a resolution of 600 dpi or more.

• We suggest and large files (1000k or more) sent via the internet be compressed using DropStuff™ or Zipit™ for easier transmitting.

• Do not staple hard copy artwork.

• Package artwork carefully wrapped in padding with "fragile" written clearly on the outside envelope.

• If artwork is to be returned please include mailing instructions with address information.

• Banner Works takes no responsibility for lost or damaged artwork.

• Electronic art which does not meet the above parameters may be subject to additional art charges and/or delivery delays.
